A2 Emilia-Stryków

Mosty Łódź constructed 19 bridge structures on the Emilia-Stryków section as part of the A-2 Motorway construction project. The work was performed from July 2004, and the structures were gradually commissioned to mid-2006.

The complete structures included:
  • 15 structures made of prefabricated T-beams, including one-, two- and three-span structures.
  • 3 monolithic access roads.
  • 1 steel bridge with a reinforced concrete slab.

Project challenge: The key issue in the project was to produce and assemble 478 prefabricated T-beams within 15 months of the contract.
